Demandbase Launches an AEO Agent to Track How AI Assistants Describe B2B Brands
Demandbase announced three AI agents at its GO conference on October 21, 2026, including an AEO Agent that tracks how AI assistants portray brands.

Demandbase introduced three AI agents at its GO conference in New York, announced on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 through Business Wire. The AEO Agent tracks how AI assistants describe a brand. The Campaign Agent and Audience Agent work on campaign performance and target audiences.
Demandbase frames the launch as business-to-agent (B2A) marketing, the idea that AI assistants now shape which vendors a buyer considers. All three agents build on Mojo, its existing B2B marketing agent.
What each agent does
AEO Agent: compares how major AI assistants represent a brand, checks visibility for relevant questions, finds the sources behind AI answers, and flags outdated information and content gaps. Demandbase says marketers can also identify anonymous AI-driven traffic at the account and contact level.
Campaign Agent: ties campaign activity to revenue goals, finds performance gaps and recommends changes.
Audience Agent: builds and maintains audiences from ICPs, buying groups and account activity, and identifies missing buying-group members.
Demandbase says its data covers more than 342 million contacts across 13 million companies, and that the agents are available through APIs and Model Context Protocol connections. It hasn't published pricing or independent benchmarks. Coverage of the launch cites a Gartner forecast that 90% of B2B buying will be intermediated by AI agents by 2028, which is a projection, not current behavior.
Why it matters
AI visibility is turning into a feature inside the ABM platforms B2B teams already pay for. A week later, Marketbridge bought Channel99, founded by Demandbase's own founder, and launched an AI visibility service of its own.
Monitoring tells you how an assistant describes you. It doesn't make the assistant recommend you, and results vary by model and by question. In traxy's view, the number to watch is still pipeline: whether the people who find you through an AI answer go on to engage, reply and book a meeting. Content your team posts on LinkedIn feeds both the AI answers and the engagement you can act on.
traxy detects which buyers engage with your LinkedIn content, qualifies them against your ICP automatically, and delivers them to Slack or your CRM while the attention is still warm. Start with a 7-day free trial.
