Reo.Dev Raises $11.3M to Turn Developer Signals Into Sales Pipeline

Reo.Dev, an AI-powered sales intelligence startup focused on developer-led software companies, has raised $11.3 million in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital. The funding brings the company's total capital to $15.3 million, just eight months after announcing its seed round, according to a company blog post published July 16, 2026.

Returning investors Heavybit, India Quotient, and Foster Ventures all participated, alongside new investor Uncorrelated Ventures and angel investors including Gokul Rajaram.

What Reo.Dev Does

The platform helps sales and marketing teams at software companies identify buying intent from engineering and technical teams — before those prospects ever fill out a form or talk to a sales rep. It tracks first-party signals like GitHub activity, CLI runs, package installs, and documentation engagement, then layers in third-party intelligence covering technology adoption, hiring activity, and competitive evaluations.

At the core of the platform is a proprietary Developer Knowledge Graph that now contains more than 100 million engineer profiles mapped across 3,000+ technologies and 250+ technical job functions, making it the largest developer-focused knowledge graph in go-to-market, according to the company.

The Agent Intent Gateway

Perhaps the most forward-looking feature in Reo.Dev's product is its Agent Intent Gateway, designed to capture purchase intent signals generated by AI agents interacting with software products through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

As AI systems increasingly evaluate, compare, and recommend enterprise software on behalf of human users, Reo.Dev aims to help vendors recognize buying intent originating from machine-driven interactions — not just human ones.

"When an agent interacts with your product through MCP, reading your docs, calling your API, running your CLI, the Agent Intent Gateway captures it: what the agent asked, when, and which account it traces back to," the company wrote in its announcement.

Real Customer Results

The funding comes as Reo.Dev reports strong traction among its 200+ enterprise customers, which include NVIDIA, LangChain, ElevenLabs, Couchbase, and n8n:

  • DataHub generated $1.01 million in pipeline from Reo-signaled accounts in a single quarter

  • Unstructured.io now sources 40% of its pipeline through the platform

  • More than 80% of accounts surfaced by Reo.Dev weren't previously in customers' sales pipelines

Why This Matters for B2B Sales Teams

The funding validates a broader shift in B2B sales: the move from activity-based selling (cold outreach, mass emails) to signal-based selling — where teams focus on accounts showing real buying intent.

Developer activity is one category of buying signal. LinkedIn engagement is another. When a prospect's team starts interacting with your content, viewing your profiles, and engaging with your posts, those are signals that a purchase evaluation may be underway — even if no one has raised their hand yet.

The companies that capture and act on these signals first are the ones building pipeline while competitors are still sending cold emails.

Reo.Dev plans to use the new capital to expand its US sales and marketing operations and accelerate AI product development, according to Inc42.
