**Trigify is shutting down.** On September 23, 2026, its team announced that it is joining HubSpot and that the standalone Trigify platform is being retired. For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026. Integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection stop at the same time, and accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot. Customers on a different contract get their own dates directly from Trigify.

If you used Trigify, do two things: save what you need before that date, then pick a replacement by the job you used Trigify for. The sections below cover what to export, which alternative fits which job, and how a Trigify setup maps to traxy, including what traxy does not replace. We make traxy, so read our fit statements as the vendor's view.

_Checked on October 17, 2026 against [Trigify's announcement](https://www.trigify.io/) and traxy's documentation. Competitor prices later in this post are from the September 2026 snapshot._

The alternatives worth comparing for LinkedIn and social buying-signal tracking in 2026 are traxy, Common Room, Clay, Warmly, and 6sense. traxy and Trigify were the closest match, both center on person-level social and LinkedIn engagement, while Common Room aggregates a much broader signal set, Clay treats signals as workflow triggers inside a larger enrichment platform, Warmly starts from website visitor identification, and 6sense is built for account-level ABM rather than individual signals. Which one fits depends mainly on whether you need contact-level or account-level detail, and how your team wants to pay for it.

## Is Trigify shutting down, and when does access end?

**Yes.** Trigify is retiring its standalone platform. For customers on the standard notice period, access ends at 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026, which is 6:59pm US Eastern. Check your own account notice, because some contracts have different dates.

- **What stops that day:** Trigify integrations and API access, plus monitoring and signal collection, for standard customers.

- **Accounts:** not migrated to HubSpot. Trigify says the platform and customer accounts will not continue inside HubSpot.

- **Data:** Trigify says your customer data will not be used by HubSpot as part of the team's move, and will be retained or deleted under its contractual, privacy and legal obligations.

- **Billing:** your subscription will not renew past your service end date. Trigify says it will confirm final invoice, credit or refund details directly.

- **Help:** Trigify's notice lists hugo@trigify.io for export, integration and billing questions.

## What should I export from Trigify before October 22?

**Everything you would need to rebuild your setup somewhere else.** Trigify's notice points customers to the export options already in the product. What each export contains is for Trigify to confirm, so ask early rather than on the last day.

- **Tracked profiles and people**, with a note on why you tracked each one (competitor, customer, creator, prospect).

- **Keywords and listening searches**, with the exact terms.

- **Leads, lists and signal history** you want to keep. Lookback depended on your plan, so older data may already be gone.

- **Workflow setups**: a screenshot of each one, with its trigger, filters and destination.

- **Connected destinations**, such as Clay, Instantly, HubSpot or Intercom, so you know which downstream tools stop receiving data on the shutdown date.

- **Your qualification rules**: the titles, company sizes and industries you filtered on, so you can recreate them as an ICP.

- **Billing records** and any unused credits, so you can raise them with Trigify.

## What Did Trigify Do? (And Why Look for Alternatives)

Trigify was a GTM signal intelligence platform that monitored 11+ social networks for buying signals and routed them to sales teams and AI agents. It tracked 16+ signal categories, role changes, competitor engagement, hiring announcements, topic mentions, brand mentions, funding activity, and tool-stack changes, then enriched each signal with person and company data before pushing it into a workflow. It integrated with tools like Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, and Intercom, and was built for SDRs, demand gen, and RevOps teams.

The shutdown is now the main reason to look for an alternative. Before it was announced, teams looked for alternatives for a few concrete reasons rather than any single flaw: Trigify's pricing was credit-based and jumped sharply between tiers (its entry Starter plan capped at 2 seats and a 7-day search history), some teams wanted a tool built specifically around LinkedIn content engagement rather than trigger events, and others wanted account-level ABM scoring or a broader multi-source signal aggregator instead of a person-level, social-first tool. None of these were gaps in Trigify's product so much as a mismatch with a specific team's workflow, which is exactly why the right alternative depends on what you're optimizing for.

## The Real Trade-Off: Signal Source, Not Just Feature Count

The tools below don't compete on a single feature checklist, they're built around genuinely different ideas of what a "buying signal" is and how a team should act on it:

- **Signal source.** Trigify centered on, and traxy centers on, person-level social and LinkedIn engagement, job changes, post activity, and similar individual moves. Common Room aggregates a much wider net (product usage, website behavior, CRM data, open-source activity, and social signals together). Warmly starts from website visitor identification and layers intent on top. 6sense is built around account-level, predictive buying-stage scoring rather than person-level social activity. Clay doesn't generate a proprietary signal type at all, it lets you configure job changes, news, LinkedIn mentions, and website/RSS changes as triggers inside a broader enrichment workflow.

- **Workflow philosophy.** traxy, Common Room, and Warmly are signal-tracking products first, as Trigify was, you go to them to see who's showing intent. Clay is closer to an operating layer: signals mostly exist to trigger an enrichment or outreach action elsewhere in a workflow you build yourself.

- **Pricing model and transparency.** Trigify and Clay published self-serve pricing you could see without a sales call. traxy publishes its plans: Pro at $149/month and Scale tiers from $299 to $1,099/month. Warmly publishes tiered annual pricing, but it starts in five figures. Common Room and 6sense are both enterprise, quote-only products with no public pricing.

## Which Trigify alternative fits which job?

**Pick by the job you used Trigify for, not by brand.** For person-level LinkedIn engagement, traxy is the closest match. For trigger events feeding a workflow, look at Clay. For one platform across many signal sources, look at Common Room. For website visitors, Warmly. For account-level ABM, 6sense.

## How does a Trigify setup map to traxy?

**If you used Trigify to see who engages with LinkedIn posts from profiles you choose, and to send the right people to Slack, a CRM or an outreach tool, traxy covers that job.** It does not replace Trigify's other signal types, going by what traxy's documentation describes.

An illustrative example, not customer data: a services firm tracked five competitor and creator profiles in Trigify and sent qualified alerts to a Slack channel and a Clay table. In traxy, those five profiles become Watchlist profiles with a relationship type, the firm's titles and company sizes become the ICP, and the Slack and Clay destinations are set up under Integrations. Keyword alerts would need a different tool.

In Trigify

In traxy

What to know

Tracked profiles and people

Watchlist: add LinkedIn profiles with a relationship (Competitor, Teammate, Influencer, Investor or Custom). Paste up to 20 URLs at a time, and the Watchlist itself is unlimited.

After you add a profile, traxy manages its five most recent posts from that point on. Older posts need a manual Find Leads run in Post Signals, which uses credits. Each new profile gets one free initial discovery.

Filters and qualification rules

ICP configuration with a minimum ICP match. Company domains can be excluded with the Blocklist.

A higher minimum match gives fewer, closer matches.

Person and company enrichment

Contact enrichment on a lead.

A newly saved email uses 3 credits and a phone number 5. Qualification uses 1 credit per unique billable profile in the billing window.

Alerts in Slack

Slack integration, manual or automatic delivery.

Automatic delivery starts with leads that qualify after you turn it on. It does not backfill. Run a test send first.

Clay, Zapier or custom workflows

Clay, Zapier, n8n and signed Webhook integrations, plus HeyReach for sending.

Same rule: no backfill. No native Instantly or Intercom integration is documented, so those would need a webhook or Zapier route.

Keyword and listening searches

No documented equivalent.

Use another tool for this job.

Job-change, funding, hiring and tool-stack signals

Not described in traxy's documentation.

Check the table above for tools that cover them.

Networks beyond LinkedIn

traxy's documentation covers LinkedIn.

If you relied on other networks, plan for a second tool.

## Data Snapshot: Demand and Pricing, as of September 2026

_This snapshot was taken before the shutdown announcement. Trigify's figures below are its last published plans._

- Search demand for "trigify alternatives" is real but modest, about 50 searches/month in the US, at essentially wide-open keyword difficulty, alongside "trigify pricing" (about 40/month). Peec's AI-citation data shows a larger gap than the raw search volume suggests: three independent roundups (Clearcue, ModernInbound, Satellyte) are actively winning AI-engine citations for "Trigify alternatives" queries, and a real tracked prompt behind it, "What are the best Trigify alternatives for monitoring LinkedIn engagement?", has no clear answer page competing for it yet.

- **Trigify (last published plans, closing October 22):** Starter $40/month (4,000 credits, 25 listening searches, 25 workflows, 7-day search history, 2 seats); Max $199/month, most popular (40,000 credits, 100 listening searches, 50,000 accounts/people tracked, 5 seats, priority + Slack support); Enterprise custom (200,000+ credits, unlimited seats, dedicated CSM). 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

- **traxy:** Pro plan $149/month, or $119/month billed yearly, with scalable credit tiers from 5,000 to 100,000 credits/month; Enterprise is custom. 7-day free trial, no LinkedIn authentication required.

- **Common Room:** no public pricing, demo-only quote. Common Room is also currently subject to a definitive agreement for Zoom to acquire it, announced July 2, 2026; the deal had not been confirmed as closed as of this writing, which is a reasonable prompt to confirm current support and roadmap directly with Common Room rather than assume continuity.

- **Clay:** Free tier (500 actions/month, 100 data credits/month); Launch from $167/month; Growth from $446/month; Enterprise custom, annual commitment.

- **Warmly:** AI Web-Deanonymization from $10,000/year ($4,875/quarter); Inbound Chat from $20,000/year; AI Inbound Autopilot (most popular) from $30,000/year. Note: HubSpot completed its acquisition of Warmly on June 30, 2026, so pricing and its independent, CRM-agnostic positioning are both subject to change, confirm current terms directly with Warmly/HubSpot, especially if you run a non-HubSpot CRM.

- **6sense:** no public pricing, demo-only quote.

## How to Evaluate a Trigify Alternative

1. **Decide contact-level vs. account-level first.** If you need to know a specific person is showing intent, a LinkedIn like, a job change, prioritize traxy over 6sense, which scores accounts, not individuals.

2. **Model your volume against the pricing structure.** Credit-based tools (Trigify was one, and Clay is another) can get expensive fast at high monitoring volume; a flat annual tool (Warmly) is predictable but has a higher floor; traxy's scalable credit tiers sit in between.

3. **Check entry-tier limits, not just the headline price.** Trigify's $40 Starter plan was capped at 2 seats and a 7-day search history, fine for a solo tester, tight for a team that wants to look back further. Ask the same question of any replacement.

4. **Match signal breadth to what you'll actually act on.** A platform watching 50+ signal types (Common Room) is only worth it if your team has a process to work more than a handful of them.

5. **Factor in vendor stability during transitions.** Trigify's shutdown is the clearest example. Common Room's pending move into Zoom, and Warmly's completed acquisition by HubSpot (closed June 30, 2026), aren't red flags by themselves, but both are reasonable prompts to confirm current-customer support and roadmap directly with the vendor before renewing, particularly for Warmly if you run a non-HubSpot CRM, since integration depth is expected to concentrate around HubSpot going forward.

## FAQ

**Does Trigify move to HubSpot?**

No. Trigify says its platform, customer accounts and service are being retired and will not continue within HubSpot, and that accounts will not be migrated. Members of the Trigify team are joining HubSpot.

**Does traxy replace Trigify?**

For tracking who engages with LinkedIn posts from profiles you choose, scoring those people against your ICP and routing them onward, traxy is the closest match described in this post. For Trigify's other signal types, check the mapping table above, because traxy's documentation does not describe them.

**Can I try traxy before I commit?**

Yes. traxy has a 7-day free trial with 5,000 credits, and no LinkedIn authentication is required.

**What are the best Trigify alternatives for monitoring LinkedIn engagement?**

traxy is the closest direct alternative, since it's built specifically around LinkedIn content engagement with ICP scoring rather than Trigify's broader trigger-event focus. Common Room and Clay can also track LinkedIn-adjacent signals, but as part of a much wider signal set rather than a LinkedIn-first product.

**Which social intent tools require the least manual monitoring from sales reps?**

Tools with automated, real-time routing, traxy and Common Room both push qualified signals directly to Slack or a CRM rather than requiring a rep to check a dashboard, as Trigify did. Clay is the exception: it's a workflow layer you configure, so the monitoring depth depends on how the workflow is built.

**What tools help RevOps teams route social intent signals into existing workflows?**

Clay is the most workflow-native option, since signals there exist specifically to trigger an action elsewhere in a custom-built pipeline. traxy and Common Room both offer native CRM and webhook integrations for routing signals into existing systems without a custom build, as Trigify did.

**Which platforms refresh social intent signals frequently enough for timely outreach?**

traxy operates on continuous or hourly monitoring cycles rather than periodic batch updates, as Trigify did, which matters for time-sensitive outreach. Data storage and lookback windows vary by pricing tier, Trigify's Starter plan, for example, kept only 30 days of data versus 90 days on its Max plan.

**What are the best social intent tools for under $200 per month?**

Clay's Launch plan ($167/month) and traxy's Pro plan ($149/month) are the clearest fits with published self-serve pricing under that threshold, though Clay is a broader enrichment platform rather than a dedicated social-signal tool. Trigify's Max plan was $199/month before the shutdown was announced. Common Room, Warmly, and 6sense are all priced above $200/month at their standard tiers.

## The Bottom Line

Trigify suited teams for whom trigger-event timing, job changes, funding, hiring, mattered as much as raw engagement, but it closes on October 22, so the real question is which alternative fits the job you used it for. If your team's primary signal is people engaging with your own LinkedIn content specifically, or you need account-level ABM scoring, or you want signals as configurable workflow triggers instead of a dedicated point tool, one of the five alternatives above is likely a closer fit. For teams whose main buying signal is LinkedIn content engagement specifically, that's the use case [traxy](https://traxy.ai/) is built around, worth a look alongside the other options here.
